Njabu Griffiths is the founder and Creative Director at LASHONGWE DESIGNERS. She founded the company after she was retrenched in 2003. She has a BA law Degree and has over 15 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner. Her love and passion for African art and designs can be seen in her style of design. She is currently studying French at the Alliance Francaise.  Her vision for the company is to have a global footprint and the upliftment of the youth and women, particularly in rural areas.
