tivani ernest mabulele

Tivani Ernest Mabulele was born in Makhado (formerly known as Louis Trichardt), in Limpopo Province South Africa. Since matriculating from Lemana High school in 2021, Tivana has been developing his passion for art.

As a self taught artist, he has been immersing himself in learning through reading voraciously, visiting art galleries and getting feedback from advisors regularly.

An award winning artist, Tivani was voted second when he was nominated for the People’s Choice Awards at The State of Art, 2019. He was also selected as part of the Top 100 Artworks by Thami Mnyele Fine Art Awards that same year.

Tivani wants to share his art with the world and exhibit in galleries that support his vision to become a world renowned Visual Artist. He describes himself as a Visual Storyteller that manifests histories, hopes and dreams though charcoal and acrylic.


His work aims to “evoke memories and to help people appreciate our beautiful country,” giving light to the beauty of South Africa’s natural landscapes and glimpses into the lives of its people.
