This ladies, leather handbag is handcrafted from the finest leather. “Mahlaseli” is the Sesotho (language spoken in Lesotho) name for the sunray design on the bag. They represent the strength, warmth and nurturing character of African women. The exterior is made with high quality, durable, pull up leather. The interior is lined with soft Shweshwe fabric, a special type of local printed cotton cloth , known to first be gifted to the Founder of the Lesotho nation, King Moshoeshoe I, in 1840 by French Missionaries.
