Raphael Oluwatimileyin, Ogungbire is the visionary Founder/ Lead Content and Creative Director of Mip's World . He's a trailblazer in the fashion industry with over 15 years of experience. Though, he's a graduate of Environmental Biology from the prestigious Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso; he found his purpose and career in Fashion Design. Before being a Fashion Designer, Raphael Oluwatimileyin, Ogungbire has always been a Fashion Enthusiast with a passion for Afrocentric fashion precisely and this led him to establish the Mip's World in December 2016. Raphael is inspired by his environment, cultural heritage, black culture motifs, humanity, religion and arts; especially of the Yoruba people. As an Environmental Biologist, his work also features animals, plants and ecosystem as storylines in his production. His ability to make dresses that depict stories of cultural heritage, arts, etc is widely expressed in his production. For Raphael, fashion is artistic and this is why he combines creativity, simplicity and traditionality in his works. Raphael is also a mentor to young men and boys in the fashion industry and he has successfully trained some to becoming Fashion Designers.
