Benaiah, a Microbiology major, took a surprising turn into fashion in 2017 by learning to sew. This sparked a passion that led her to enroll in fashion school. She gained valuable industry experience as a production manager for prestigious fashion houses and as a Stylist and Buyer at a retail store while developing her brand, House of Naia. Drawing inspiration from the diversity of the feminine form, Benaiah combines various silhouettes, hues, and textures that celebrate femininity, blending African aesthetics with contemporary designs.
