Babatunde Ogunlade has been creating art all his life. What started as an innocent penchant for drawing and creativity turned into a lifelong vocation, which he has been following for over 30 years. Ogunlade has been a professional studio artist since graduating, ironically, in Finance at Federal Politechnic. The artworks featured here all carry his signature bold colours and stylistic symbolism that have been developed over decades of honing his craft. He has featured in 50 group exhibitions and 4 solo exhibitions, his personal highlight being an artist residency in Brazil. All this success has spurred him on to continue creating, perfecting his unique voice in the process.
