the awakening

The Awakening shows Ignito at the moment he understands his purpose. Once wishing to be a brush, he realizes he was created to be light. As Ignito reaches toward another figure, light moves between them. This work speaks to those who have underestimated themselves. It speaks to those who believed they were meant to be tools in someone else’s masterpiece and did not realize they were designed to awaken masterpieces within others. The Awakening is a reminder. Sometimes your greatest impact is not in what you create, but in who you illuminate.
